Hello, I hope you’re having a good weekend! I’m going to go quite deep today with this post, so get a brew, a biscuit and get comfy!
I want to kick this off by saying that your mental health is so important! If you’re not in the right state of mind then you will not achieve what you set out to achieve. You need to take the time to fill up your cup! You need to look after your mind and body, before you can get your ducks in a row or look after anyone else. You need a check in with yourself and make sure you are okay! After all you are stuck with you! I really want to highlight this especially after the sad news of Kate Spade’s death.
Okay so let’s look at how you might be feeling and what you can do about it! Starting off with some questions for you:
